上個週末，我去了花蓮，
吃了一個花蓮阿姨做的全素大餐，沒有任何油鹽的精緻料理，她用她的方法，把花蓮的各種花草蔬菜變成一道道漂亮好吃的創意料理。
然後也看了一個原住民小朋友的現代舞表演，叫莊國鑫舞團。讓我感受到很振撼的表演。
在一個天造巧設的自然空間中，發展出各種多元的人文文化。

I went to Hualian last weekend.
There, I had a wonderful French-style vegan meal made of indigenous plants in Hualian.
I also saw a powerful modern dance performance done by aboriginal children.
I was amazed.
I was amazed how Taiwan is able to embrace other cultures, and then combine them with our own to create new and beautiful things.
